The video clip tells how the thoughts of undiscovered frontier crosser Bellissibella No 1 run riot.

In this video two film stories were interwoven by means of optical layers. The sequence shown in the back ground was taken from an educational film by Walt Disney Productions from 1976 and shows the bitter fight of life and death between a rare sand-wasp and a tarantula, a giant venomous spider. This scenery is accompanied by sounds that were animated in the recorder and give the impression of an insect fight. By means of blue box, the second element is pressed into the background: a young woman full of self-love is thoroughly making herself up. Step by step she changes from an unprepossessing, pale, insignificant person into a desirable femme fatal. The audience has the impression to be watching this metamorphosis as a unique event, like a quit observer who is peeping through a semi transparent mirror.

One can hear the voice of young Bellissibella, putting on make up: “It´s all so terrible! Isn´t it? The nightmare of youth, of beauty, and everything is still getting worse! One day you´re going to wake up and everything is over. Your beautiful skin has become wrinkled and crumpled; you lose your hair, your eyes, and your memory. Your blood turns think, your teeth get yellow and loose. You start to stink and fart and all your friends will be dead. You´ll be stooped by arthritis pectoris, senile mental deficiency. You are going to piss and shit, saliva dripping from your mouth. The moment this happens you´ll pray for someone to love you. Then you will be loved, will be young forever, you´ll stay forever. Ohh, innocence you are hell”.
