VW decided to put up a conference dealing with new technologies and future. It is a high-end get together of well-known scientists of future all over the world. For the opening event VW commissioned the artemedia to create an image movie that communicates the conferences mission statement that is „creating ideas means a simulation in mind and the combination of unforeseen contrasts”.

The process of thinking and of creating an idea was worth looking at. We wanted to find a way to visualize this process in an attractive and inspiring way. So we decided to go for a somewhat surrealistic formal language. Like in dreams we a combining contrasting elements, and the mixture of them create new ways of looking at a scene. This way we achieved to demonstrate the creation of a fully abstract procedure. Thinking and creating something new.
